Jagung Manis merupakan jagung yang paling enak di buat untuk perkedel .. zaman dahulu orang-orang mengkonsumsi jagung sebagai makanan pokok karena zaman dahulu belum ada beras..Jadi kalau kita makan jagung membuat perut terasa kenyang,,


Resep Membuat Perkedel Jagung Manis

Nah kebetulan di kulkas saya ada jagung manis kayaknya mantap kalau di buat perkedel jagung untuk cemilan buka puasa ataupun di temani dengan nasi hangat..ehm pasti enak sekali...bagi temen-temen yang ingin mencoba perkedel jagung sangat mudah kok...Cekidot..

Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu :
2 buah jagung manis, disisir
2 buah jagung manis, dipipil, ditumbuk
100 gram tepung terigu
2 butir telur, dikocok lepas
2 tangkai daun ketumbar, iris halus
1/4 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
3 buah cabai rawit merah, diiris serong
1 sendok makan air
minyak untuk menggoreng

Bumbu Halus:
2 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
1 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/2 sendok teh gula pasir

Cara Membuat Perkedel Jagung :

Campur jagung manis, tepung terigu, telur, daun ketumbar, kaldu ayam bubuk, cabai rawit merah, dan air. Aduk rata.
Sendokkan campuran jagung manis dengan sendok sayur ke dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan diatas api sedang.
Goreng sampai kuning kecokelatan dan matang.

Resep Cara Membuat Kari Ayam


Kari Ayam adalah makanan yang biasa di masak pada saat lebaran dengan di temani kupat...wah manyusss.he..makannya setelah salat idul fitri bersama keluarga tercinta...rasanya bahagia sekali..
Bagi temen-teman yang ingin mencoba resep kari ayam di rumah sangat mudah kok...selamat Mencoba..


Resep Cara Membuat Kari Ayam


Bahan :
• ½ ekor (800-1000 gram) ayam kampung
• 3 sdm minyak goreng
• 21/2 cm kayu manis
• 2 tangkai serai, ambil bagian putihnya, memarkan
• 700 ml santan encer
• 1 sdt garam
• 125 ml santan kental

Bumbu Rempah ; Sangrai, Haluskan (Dengan Cobek atau blender) :
• 1sdm ketumbar
• 1 sdt jintan
• ¼ butir kelapa

Cara  Membuat Kari Ayam :

• Potong ayam menjadi 12. Sisihkan.
• Panaskan minyak di atas api sedang, tumis bumbu cabai, kayu manis, dan serai sampai harum (3-4 menit). Bubuhkan bumbu rempah, aduk rata selama 3 menit.
• Masukkan potongkan ayam, aduk sampai ayam kaku dan bumbu rata.
• Tambahkan santan encer dan garam. Didihkan sambil aduk sesekali (wajan jangan ditutup). Masak sampai ayam empuk dan bumbu mengental (30 menit). Jika belum empuk tambahkan sedikit air, masak terus sampai empuk.
• Tuangkan santan kental, masak sambil aduk sesekali selama 2-3 menit sampai mendidih. Angkat.

Kue Nastar merupakan kue yang selalu ada pada saat lebaran...lebaran adalah waktu dimana terlahir kembali dan menyatu dalam kebersamaan ...dengan bentuk bulat yang lucu,,dalamnya di isi dengan selai nanas membuat kue nastar ini jadi favorit.he..

Bahan membuat Kue Nastar :

* 5 butir Telur
* 100 gram gula halus
*40 gram mentega tawar atau margarin tapi bisa juga campuran antara mentega dan margarin perbandingannya 70%:30%
* 2sdm Tepung maizena
* 500 gr tepung terigu
* 2 kuning telur untuk olesan

Bahan Selai Nanas

* 1 buah nanas yang sudah kupas dan di parut
* * 150gr gula pasir
* 5 cengkeh
* 10cm kayu manis

Cara Membuat Kue Nastar:

@ Selai Nanas:

Masukkan nanas parut ke dalam wajan bersama seluruh bahan selai. Masak dengan api kecil
Aduk dengan spatula kayu sampai tidak berair
Angkat dan dinginkan
Setelah dingin, ambil sedikit adonan dan bulatkan seukuran kelereng.

@ Nastar:

Kocok gula halus dan margarin dengan kecepatan rendah sampai rata
Masukkan kuning telur, terigu, dan tepung maizena. Kocok lagi hingga rata.
Segera matikan mixer bila adonan mulai mengeluarkan bulir.
Diamkan adonan sebentar.
Panaskan oven di suhu sekitar 180 derajat celcius
Mulai mencetak nastar dengan cara ambil sedikit adonan nastar, pipihkan, masukkan selai nanas, kemudian tutup sampai selai nanas tidak terlihat.
Tata di loyang dengan jarak kurang lebih 1 cm tiap nastar.
Panggang selama 20 menit, keluarkan dari dalam oven
Oles dengan bahan olesan, kemudian panggang lagi selama 10 menit.
Keluarkan dari oven dan dinginkan.

Resep Pesmol Ikan Nila/ (Mujaer)

Siapa sich yang belum tahu ikan nila?wah pasti kawan-kawan sudah tahukan,,ehm ikan nila ini biasanya enak di goreng kering atau juga di pesmol..masih banyak lagi di indonesia ini jenis-jenis ikan yang enak untuk dibuat pesmol,salah satunya juga yaitu ikan Gurame dan tentu semuanya kalau di masak sesuai selera membuat cita rasa yang berbeda pula.

Nah salah satunya ikan nila ini merupakan ikan favorit saya apalagi kalau di buat pesmol..wah bikin lidah goyang.he...lalu di temani dengan nasi hangat dan di santap untuk menu berbuka puasa tambah cocok...Langsung aza kita liat yuk cara membuatnya..

Bahan-bahan;
1 ekor ikan nila, yang telah dibersihkan sisik dan kotorannya
½ buah ketimun yang dibuang bijinya dan sudah dipotong memanjang
½ batang wortel yang dipotong memanjang
1 buah cabe hijau besar, yang telah dibuang bijinya dan dipotong memanjang
1 buah cabe merah besar yang dipotong memanjang
½ cm kunyit yang telah diiris tipis
½ cm lengkuas yang sudah diiris tipis-tipis
2 lembar daun jeruk yang telah dibersihkan
2 buah jeruk nipis segar, lalu ambil airnya
1 sendok teh  Bumbu Pelezat Serbaguna Rasa Ebi
Sediakan garam secukupnya
Sediakan lada putih secukupnya
1 sendok makan margarine
½ gelas air putih

Cara Memasak Ikan  Nila Pesmol

Langkah pertama adalah dengan menumis semua bahan yang telah disiapkan dan tambahkan air, namun jangan dulu masukan ikan nila. Kemudian, masukan  Bumbu Pelezat Serbaguna Rasa Ebi, lada, garam, dan air jeruk, serta aduk sampai mendidih. Setelah itu, goreng ikan nilanya sampai matang .lalu masukan ikan dan tunggu beberapa saat hingga bumbu ikan pesmol telah meresap dan matang.

Ubi adalah makanan yang bisa di buat macam-macam loch..bisa di buat gorengan,kolek,ataupun untuk campuran rujak..nah berhubung sekarang ini bulan suci ramadhan saya ingin membuat kolek ubi yaa mungkin resep ini bisa menjadi inspirasi temen-temen semua...yang ingin membuatnya di rumah.

Ehm banyak loch jenis makanan yang bisa di kolek seperti pisang,kolang-kaling,ubi dan masih banyak lagi.. Tetapi pada malem ini saya ingin membuat resep kolek ubi yang spesial...cekidot..

Bahan kolak ubi :

ubi manis 250 gram, kupas, potong dadu
pisang raja 5 buah potong bulat
kolang kaling 250 gram, rebus, tiriskan
tape singkong 100 gram
daun pandan 2 lembar
dantan 500 ml dari setengah butir kelapa.
air 500 ml
gula pasir secukupnya
garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat Kolak Ubi :

rebus ubi sehingga setengah masak. tambahkan kolang kaling dan daun pandan.
masukkan gula dan garam, aduk rata. tambahkan potongan pisang.
tuang santan, masak sehingga mendidih dan semua bahan masak. tambahkan tape, aduk rata, angkat dan sajikan.
